This is a brand I just LOVE working with! Charlotte Tooth, Founder and CEO of Body Bond Online, wrote the most fantastic journal for one of BBOs famous challenges, and gave me the opportunity to bring it to life through beautiful design.

The journal features some incredible guidance on habits, sleep, exercise and nutrition, with 21 days of journalling prompts and a bunch of delicious, healthy recipes too.
